Clean the chicken wings and cut them in half
Season them together with the liver, salt, black pepper, and garlic
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the chicken wings and livers
Add the oregano, wine, and let it simmer
Cover the pan to cook
Add water gradually until they are tender and almost dry
Place them in a serving dish
Serve with skewers or toothpicks
