2 onion rings
4 garlic cloves cut lengthwise (use only the white part)
800g shrimp cut into 4 pieces
2 cups dry white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
4 sprigs of fresh parsley washed and chopped
8 sprigs of fresh cilantro washed and chopped
1 bunch of asparagus
Salt and black pepper to taste

Place the onions along the refrigerator edge and cover the bottom with garlic cloves
Season with salt and black pepper, then arrange the shrimp pieces on top, along with the asparagus, also seasoned
Drizzle with wine and olive oil
Transfer to a preheated oven at high temperature for 20 minutes
Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley and cilantro.
