1 1/2 cups cooked and diced chicken
3/4 cup thick white sauce (see recipe below)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 package prepared puff pastry dough
1 egg white

Mix the chicken, white sauce, and parsley
Roll out the puff pastry quite thinly and cut it into squares
Brush with beaten egg white
Place 1 tablespoon of filling in each square, fold to form a triangle, and seal the edges with a fork
Make a small incision in each one for steam to escape, and bake in a hot oven (400°F).
