2 fresh Minas lettuce leaves
2 peruvian pork sausages
2 large mushrooms
Mustard to taste
Ketchup to taste
Light mayonnaise to taste

Place the alfalfa sprouts on the bottom half of the pork loin (without the bone)
Arrange the cheese slices and peruvian pork sausage slices in a diagonal pattern on top of them
Finish with chopped mushrooms and close with the top half of the pork loin
Serve with mustard, ketchup, and light mayonnaise.
