Drain the tuna and mash it with a fork
Peel the beetroot and grate it coarsely
Do the same with the carrot
Arrange four slices of bread, side by side, on a rectangular plate and cover with a layer of mayonnaise
Spread half of the tuna on top
Cover with more bread slices, spread with mayonnaise, and sprinkle beetroot on top
Put another layer of bread, spread with mayonnaise, and scatter the remaining tuna
Combine the hot sauce and green onion
Repeat another layer of bread and sprinkle this mixture over it
Repeat a layer of bread with mayonnaise and place carrot on top
Finish with a layer of bread and spread with mayonnaise
Garnish with stuffed olives, hot sauce, and green onion
Serve.
