2 packages of instant mashed sweet potatoes (available at supermarkets)
2 eggs
1/2 cup grated cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
200g cooked ham
1 calabrese sausage, defummed
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped scallion
100g crispy bacon, cubed
2 packages of instant mashed sweet potatoes (available at supermarkets)
2 eggs
1/2 cup grated cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
200g cooked ham
1 calabrese sausage, defummed
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped scallion
100g crispy bacon, cubed
Pursue the manufacturer's instructions for preparing the instant mashed sweet potatoes
Remove from heat and combine eggs, two tablespoons grated cheese, salt, and black pepper
Mix well and reserve
Process cooked ham in a processor with sausage skin removed, seasoned with parsley and scallion
In a removable pan coated with aluminum foil, create a layer with half of the mashed sweet potatoes
Spread the ham filling evenly, using the back of a spoon to compress it
Cover with the remaining mashed sweet potatoes and sprinkle the surface with the remaining cheese and bacon
Bake in a medium preheated oven until lightly golden.
