6 ounces butter or margarine
"1 tablespoon mustard"

Mix the tuna, onion, pickles, and cheese
Cut the celery stalk in half lengthwise
Remove some of the pith
Mix the butter or margarine with the mustard and spread on both halves of celery
Spread the tuna mixture on top
Place one half on top of the other and wrap in aluminum foil
Bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes
Serve by cutting into 4 pieces
Cut each piece into quarters.
