Cut a long strip of bread into three parts, cut each part horizontally.
3 slices of cooked ham (not too thin)
3 slices or more of salami cut into thick slabs
slices of mozzarella cheese
slices of stronger cheese

Spread butter on the bread, place a slice of ham, salami and one slice each of cheese
Top with a spoonful of sauce (see recipe ahead)
Close the roll and wrap well in aluminum foil
Place on the grill, about 10 cm from the charcoal, for 15 minutes
Serve with lettuce, cut tomatoes, chopped onion, pickles, olives, mayonnaise, ketchup and barbecue sauce.
