1 cabbage, sliced
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups cooked rice
1 can of tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Soak the cabbage in water and salt
Drain and reserve
In a skillet, melt the butter and heat it over low heat
When melted, spread a layer of cabbage, half the rice, half the tomato sauce, and half the mozzarella cheese

Continue alternating layers until all ingredients are used up
Beat the eggs, salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, and Parmesan cheese in a blender
Pour over the mozzarella cheese, cover the skillet, and cook for 15 minutes.
