Cut the turkey fillet into 2 cm thick slices, leaving no scraps underneath to avoid separating the slices, making a total of 19 cuts

Spread butter or margarine on the inside face of each turkey slice and fill with one lettuce leaf
Distribute the filling by alternating these three ingredients: 1 ham slice, 1 folded cucumber slice, and 1 folded cheese slice with a tomato slice
