sliced bread
2 thick slices of fresh Minas cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped red bell pepper
4 slices of whole wheat bread

Blend the avocado, onion, lime juice, salt, olive oil, and hot pepper sauce in a food processor or blender until smooth
Spread on slices of whole wheat bread, cover with Minas cheese and red bell pepper.
