1 cup of canned bok choy
1 cup of canned black beans
1 cup of canned kidney beans
2.5 oz of spinach
2.5 oz of radicchio
1/4 cup of red onion
1/3 cup of green pepper
1/3 cup of lime juice
1 small bunch of cilantro
1 tablespoon of a blend of ground cumin, dry ginger, black pepper, salt, and paprika
1 cup of canned bok choy

Drain the grapes thoroughly and place them in a large bowl
Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and cilantro, along with the seasonings and lime juice
Mix well
Toss in the washed spinach and radicchio leaves
Serve immediately.
