Cook the macaroni in boiling water and salt
Drain and let it cool
Add slightly beaten eggs and cheese
Mix well
Place into a greased and floured cake pan
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 40 minutes
Dismount and decorate with broccoli florets prepared as follows: sauté the garlic in olive oil until golden, then add the broccoli, mix well, and season to taste
Heat it well and place on top of the macaron cake
Serve warm.
