1 cup of Japanese ginger, peeled into 3 cm pieces, approximately.
Fresh parsley to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Season the tomatoes with the garlic mixed with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minutes
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet and sauté the Japanese ginger until it is tender
If necessary, add water to prevent burning
Add the cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley, adjust the seasoning and simmer for 2 minutes
Combine the cooked pasta, stir well, and remove from heat.
