2 cups of shrimp
1 medium onion
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of chopped coriander
1 teaspoon of baking soda
Salt and black pepper to taste

6 slices of bread
6 lettuce leaves cut into strips
6 tablespoons of natural yogurt
1 tablespoon of chopped scallion

Start preparing the day before
Soak the shrimp in 6 cups of water for a day and a half
The next day, drain the shrimp, mix with onion and garlic, and pass through a grinder or food processor twice
Mix with parsley, coriander, baking soda, and season to taste
Shape into balls using 4 tablespoons of dough, until they are about 7 cm in diameter
Place on a tray, heat oil in a pan
Fry 2 at a time for 5 minutes, turning to ensure even cooking
Drain on paper towels
Cut the bread in half, fill with shrimp balls, lettuce strips, and yogurt mixed with scallion
