Cut the bread slices into 5-inch diameter circles and lightly toast one side
Butter the un-toasted side
Mix the cheese, yeast, and beaten egg white, then add the beaten egg yolk in a snowy consistency
Spread thickly on the buttered side and bake in the oven (with the button set to 'bake' so that the heat comes from above) until the cheesy mixture puffs up and lightly browns
Let it cool for twelve cheese fritters.
