8 pork cutlets without bones (160 g)
1 cup of milk (240 ml)
1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon of salt
4 eggs
200 g of prosciutto, cut into slices
150 g of cheddar cheese, cut into slices
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (55 g)
2 medium-sized tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Grease a 21 cm square baking dish with butter
Arrange four pork cutlets side by side in the baking dish and reserve
In a medium bowl, mix well milk, nutmeg, salt, and eggs
Dress the pork cutlets in the baking dish with a little of that mixture until they're moist
Top with slices of prosciutto, then cheddar cheese, and finally, more pork cutlets
Pour the remaining egg and milk mixture over the top
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Cook in the microwave at high power until the sandwich is well-set (about 10 minutes). Reserve
In a small bowl, season the tomato wedges with salt
Distribute them over the sandwich and serve immediately
