500 g of salmon fillet, peeled and cut into four slices
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 cup of melted butter mixed with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium)
In a baking dish, place the turkey breast slices side by side and bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned (about 10 minutes)
While that's cooking, heat up a cast-iron skillet over high heat
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil
Place two slices on the skillet and grill until cooked through, flipping halfway through (about 3 minutes per side)
Reserve in a plate while grilling the remaining slices
Place the grilled salmon on top of four turkey breast slices, drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and parsley
Cover with the remaining turkey breast slices
Serve immediately
