4 sheets of nori seaweed (12 g)
8 slices of integral beef (265 g)

8 kani strips (120 g) torn into pieces

In a small saucepan, combine the water and flour and cook over high heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until it thickens slightly (approximately 1 minute)
Transfer to a bowl, add the lemon juice, salt, pepper sauce, olive oil, and coriander, and mix vigorously. Reserve
Fold the nori sheets to match the size of the beef slices
Place four slices with the seaweed, lettuce, and kani
Douse with the reserved mixture
Cover with the remaining slices
Serve immediately on four plates
