For the filling
1 1/2 teaspoons of butter or margarine
2 tablespoons of chopped onion
3/4 cup of crab meat, flaked
1 small tomato, peeled and diced
1/4 cup of pitted and chopped green olives
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
Salt to taste

Preheat the oven to 200°C
Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl
Add the butter or margarine in small pieces and mix until crumbly
Gradually add the cold water, mixing with a fork until the ingredients are well combined
Knead the dough well and roll it out thinly on a floured surface
Cut the dough into 8 cm diameter circles
Place 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center of each circle
Fold the dough over the filling to form a pie, moistening the edges with water
Press the edges together with a fork to seal the pie
Arrange the pies on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
