4 red bell peppers
8 canned anchovy fillets, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons of chopped green onions
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of water
1 pinch of garlic powder
1 cooked egg
4 red bell peppers

Place the bell peppers on the grill until they're charred all over
Rinse well
Cut in half, remove seeds
Remove any blackened parts with a sharp knife
Slice the peppers into strips
Arrange pepper strips in individual plates
Top with anchovy fillets
Mix remaining ingredients except for egg
Distribute over peppers
Crack cooked egg and sprinkle on top
Serve with fresh pita bread.
