1/2 cup of creamy quark cheese (125g)

Heat the onion in a pan with 3 tablespoons of butter over low heat, stirring until it starts to brown
Add the sausage and parsley
Stir for 1 minute
Set aside
In a separate pan, melt the remaining butter over medium heat
When melted, add the lightly beaten eggs that have been seasoned with salt
Cook by scraping the bottom of the pan with a spatula until the eggs are set
Split the hot dogs in half and spread the quark cheese
Assemble the sandwiches with the cooked sausage and scrambled eggs
Serve
