In a medium-sized pan, combine the sugar and butter
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar caramelizes
Add the soy sauce, soy-pepper glaze, water, and vinegar in that order, stirring well after each addition

Cook over high heat for 13 minutes or until a hard ball forms when a small amount of the hot mixture is dropped into cold water

Place the popcorn in a medium-sized baking dish greased with butter, and drizzle the soy-pepper glaze over the top, stirring well to combine
Let it cool and serve.
