250 g of ground beef
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of green bell pepper, chopped
1 well-crushed garlic clove
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of mustard
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of tomato puree
8 hot dogs
8 slices of hot dog buns
250 g of ground beef
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion

Place the ground beef in a skillet
Heat it over low heat and stir until the meat loses its pink color and starts to brown slightly
Add the onion and let it cook for a few minutes
Add the remaining ingredients, except for the pepper and hot dog
Cook over low heat for about 25 minutes, stirring frequently
Put 3 tablespoons of that mixture into each bun
Place one hot dog on top and close the bun
Wrap each sandwich tightly in aluminum foil, closing well
Place them in a baking dish and bake at a preheated oven for about 20 minutes
Serve very warm
