First variation: Crush the canned tuna and mix it with equal parts mayonnaise and mustard
Chop the black olives and add them to the previous mixture
Spread abundantly on slices of white bread
Second variation: Mash the canned anchovies without bones or use anchovy paste, then mix it with mayonnaise and spread it in thick layers on top of wheat bread slices and garnish with boiled beets rolls
Third variation: Mash the boiled beets well to obtain a puree and mix it with mayonnaise and a bit of mustard, then spread it in a thick layer on wheat bread slices and garnish each sandwich with a rolled anchovy
