1/2 cup grated white cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 packet of adobo seasoning
Pickle relish to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 light cracker
3 or 4 thin slices of pastrami
Pickled cucumber sliced into rings
Dill pickle slices to taste

Assemble a salad bowl with the white cabbage and carrot
To season, use adobo seasoning, pickle relish, lemon juice, and yogurt to bind
Arrange the salad on the light cracker and top with pastrami slices, decorated with pickled cucumber rings and dill pickle slices.
