1/2 cup of butter

2 small bread rolls with poppy seeds

Slice the cucumber peel into 20 thin rounds
Set aside
In a small bowl, mix well the butter with parsley and cucumber
Cut the bread rolls in half and spread the paste over the lower halves of the bread rolls
Place 10 cucumber slices on top of each and decorate with parsley leaves
Cover with the remaining bread roll and serve.
