1.5 pounds of linguiça
One medium zucchini, cut lengthwise into 4 pieces and then in half
2 red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 6 lengths, then halved
5 or 6 small onions, cut in half
Half cup of salad dressing made with olive oil and vinegar

Assemble the skewers by alternating pieces of linguiça, zucchini, bell pepper, and onion
Place the skewers over a grill or in a baking dish
Baste the skewers generously with salad dressing
If using the oven, preheat to 425°F (220°C)
Grill or bake the skewers for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the linguiça is cooked through
Serve 10 skewers.
