1 can of prosciutto

Mash the prosciutto with a fork, add the mayonnaise and mix well
Fill 4 sandwiches with this mixture and cut them at an angle
Assemble the sandwiches on a disposable aluminum foil-lined baking sheet
For the topping, beat the eggs in a small bowl
Add the milk, onion, and mustard to the eggs and mix well
Place this mixture over the sandwiches, using spoonfuls
Refrigerate for 1 hour or more
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for about 45 minutes, until the sandwiches are golden brown and puffed
Serve warm.
