3 large lettuce leaves
3 cooked prosciutto slices
3 mozzarella cheese slices
For the creamy sauce:
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of spicy ketchup
1 tablespoon of chopped black olives
2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onion
1/3 cup of whipped heavy cream

Make the sauce: mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, olives, and green onion
Add the whipped heavy cream and stir delicately
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use
Sprinkle tomato slices with salt and pepper to taste
Place each buttered bread slice on a separate plate
Top each bread slice with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 prosciutto slice, 1 mozzarella cheese slice, 2 tomato slices, and 1/3 of the creamy sauce
Serve the sandwiches garnished with fried potatoes and sprigs of parsley
