4 small ciabatta rolls, cut in half

1/3 cup of store-bought pesto
4 brie cheese slices, cut into wedges
200g of thinly sliced prosciutto
1/4 cup of pitted and salted black olives
Mixed greens salad, seasoned with salt, lime, and olive oil for serving

Brush the ciabatta halves with a little olive oil
Spread pesto on the bottom of each roll and distribute the mozzarella slices and prosciutto slices
Place the sandwiches in an electric toaster oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese starts to melt and the prosciutto becomes slightly crispy
Remove from the toaster oven and top with black olives
Drizzle with remaining olive oil and serve the sandwiches with the mixed greens salad
