250g of mortadela sliced
180g of provolone cheese, sliced

Prepare 15 minutes in advance: cut the bread slices in half lengthwise without separating
In a bowl, mix together the lettuce, onion, tomato, and mayonnaise
Place 1 to 2 slices of mortadela and cheese on each bread slice and cover with a bit of the lettuce mixture
Assemble 6 sandwiches.
