Heat a frying pan with the olive oil, then sauté the whole garlic cloves
Remove them, add the Shimeji mushrooms, and cook for 5 minutes
Next, add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper
Let the liquid evaporate and reserve
Unfold a lettuce leaf, fold it in half, spread the Shimeji mushrooms, then top with sliced buffalo mozzarella cheese
Roll up the lettuce like a cigar and bake for 10 minutes
Cut in half diagonally, arrange on a plate, and serve.
