1 ready-made Pullman-style cake, desired flavor
1 cup of orange liqueur or your preferred choice
1 cup of whipped cream
1 1/2 cups of fresh fruit cut into coarse pieces
1 ready-made Pullman-style cake, desired flavor

1 1/2 cups of fresh fruit cut into coarse pieces
1 Cut the cake into four horizontal slices of equal thickness
Remove the top slice for use in another dessert or toasting
2 Place the bottom layer of cake on a plate and brush with liqueur
Cover with whipped cream and distribute half of the fruit
3 Repeat, finishing with the top slice of cake
Top with whipped cream and fruit pieces
Keep refrigerated until serving.
