2.5 lbs red bell peppers
7 oz onion
1/4 cup dried red pepper flakes
3 1/2 fl oz whiskey
6.3 oz anchovies
2 oz coriander
10 3/4 fl oz corn oil
2 oz garlic
8 fl oz olive oil

Fry the red peppers in a little hot corn oil until the skin starts to curl and turn brown
Mix well
Submerge in cold running water, remove the skin and seeds, and chop
Blend with the remaining ingredients
In a pan, place the mixture over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn
Serve chilled
Note: at home, you can blend in a blender, but always in small batches.
