Mix the chicken and onion, adding it gradually to a food processor or blender
Mix with the eggs, flour, and salt
Cut each slice of bread into 4 triangles
Spread the mixture over the triangles and refrigerate
When serving (or one hour beforehand), heat about 2 cm of oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Add the triangles with the filling side down and fry until golden brown (about 2 minutes)
Serve hot
If making ahead, keep warm in a slow oven
