8 clean sardine fillets without bones or heads
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of salt
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of chopped scallions
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
8 clean sardine fillets without bones or heads

Place the sardines in a baking dish
Sprinkle with lemon juice
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Season with salt, parsley, and scallions
Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top
Put in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked
Serve in 4 portions.
