Season the fillets with garlic, lime, paprika, salt, and rosemary
Let it marinate for about 30 minutes
Steam the vegetables
Brush the olive oil onto a baking dish
Add the vegetables and then the fillets
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at medium heat for 15 minutes
Remove the foil and let it brown.
