5 cups of cooked black beans (1 kg)
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped (100g)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons of chives, chopped
To taste: black pepper and red pepper flakes
1 small green bell pepper, sliced thinly (140g)
1 teaspoon of dried oregano or to taste
2 sprigs of thyme, finely chopped
200g of cooked pork loin, cubed
1 cup of smoked linguiça sausage, diced
1 1/2 to 2 cups of cassava flour (biju)
Fried eggs

Cook the black beans
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic
Add the parsley, chives, black pepper, red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme, pork loin, linguiça sausage, and cassava flour to the pan
Simmer for a bit
Add the cooked black beans to the mixture and stir carefully while heating
Mix with the cassava flour
Serve with fried eggs
