2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
8 medium-sized sardines, intact
1/4 cup of olive oil
3/4 cup of breadcrumb crust
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste
8 units of dried cranberries
1/4 cup of raisins
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
8 medium-sized sardines, intact

Salt and black pepper to taste
8 units of dried cranberries
1/4 cup of raisins
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
Soak the cranberries and cranberry sauce in water for 30 minutes
Clean the sardines without removing the heads
Remove the dorsal fin and, with a pair of scissors, remove any lateral fins
Wash well and let dry
Drain the cranberries and cranberry sauce
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan
Reserve 1 tablespoon of breadcrumb crust and add the rest to the frying pan, mixing well and letting it brown
Remove from heat
Add salt, parsley, black pepper, cranberries mixed with cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, and finally balsamic vinegar
Mix everything together until it forms a paste and stuff the sardines
Grease a baking dish with oil and arrange the fish half-closed
Dust with reserved breadcrumb crust
Add a thread of olive oil and bake in high heat for about 20 minutes
Serve soon.
