Season the ground beef with salt and black pepper
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until just combined
Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes
With your hands, remove a small portion of meat and shape into hamburger patties - about 1/2 inch thick
Repeat the process until all the meat is used up
Heat a grill or skillet and cook the hamburgers on both sides.
