Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Turn the dough pan upside down and grease its bottom
In a bowl, mix together wheat flour, sugar, yeast, butter, and salt
Add milk, egg, one yolk, currants, and mix lightly
The dough should be slightly sticky
With floured hands, place the dough over the greased baking sheet, leaving about 2 centimeters free on the edge
Let it rest for 15 minutes
Beat the remaining yolk with two tablespoons of water and brush the dough
After that, dust with sugar
With a large knife, mark the dough as if you were cutting it into eight slices
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
Serve with your preferred ice cream.
