In a bowl, mix together the sweet manioc, butter, eggs, grated coconut, yeast, and sugar
Work the dough until it becomes homogeneous
Shape into rolls and cut the fritters into 5 cm pieces
Distribute in an ungreased baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
