1/4 cup of cold water

2 tablespoons of instant coffee
1/2 cup of hot milk
180g of dark chocolate, broken into pieces
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
1 1/4 cups of finely chopped ice
1 can of whipped cream
1/4 cup of cold water

1 Place the water, gelatin, and coffee in a blender, cover, and blend at low speed for a few seconds
Add the milk and blend until the gelatin is fully dissolved
Add the chocolate, sugar, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract
Blend until smooth and creamy
2 Add the egg yolks and ice to the blender
Blend until smooth and creamy
While blending, add the whipped cream
Blend for 20 seconds or until it starts to thicken
Pour into individual serving cups, refrigerate for 10 minutes, and serve.
