1 1/2 cups cooked quince

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Grease a square refractory dish of 8.5 inches
Mix the quince with the blackberry sauce
Place layers alternately in the dish, ending with a layer of blackberries
Cover with buttered crumbs and sprinkle with the flour and cinnamon mixture
Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) until golden brown
Serve warm or cold
This tart can be made with any fruit: fresh, in syrup, or dried
