500g of red cherries
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 cups of low-fat milk
Zest of 1 orange
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of dietetic baking powder for oven and grill
1 cup of light cream cheese
2 envelopes of unsweetened and unflavored gelatin
Orange juice from 2 oranges
2 egg whites
500g of red cherries

Pit the cherries, remove the pits, and cut them into quarters
Dissolve the cornstarch in half the milk and place it in a saucepan
Add the remaining milk, orange zest, cherries, vanilla extract, and baking powder
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes
Remove from heat and add the cream cheese
Mix well and let cool
Dissolve the gelatin in orange juice and warm it in a water bath until it forms foam on the edges. Reserve
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them with the gelatin into the cherry panna cotta mixture
Mix gently and pour into glasses
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
