Soften the yeast in warm milk
Let it rest for about 15 minutes
Mix flour with lime zest and place in a bowl
Make a depression in the middle
Sprinkle sugar around
Add the yeast mixture to the center
Add the egg and finally melted butter or margarine
Mix well
Beat with special paddle attachment until the dough forms bubbles and releases from the sides of the bowl
Let it rise in a protected area for 1/2 hour
Knead very well by hand
Roll out without stretching too much on a floured surface
Fold one part over the other and cut into slices about 7 cm in diameter
Let it rise again, in a floured dish, for 1/2 hour, then flip it into a hot skillet or frying pan with oil until golden brown
