1 teaspoon grated lime zest
100g passion fruit pulp without seeds
vegetable oil for frying

Place the flour in a bowl
Make a well in the center and add the yeast, some warm milk, and 1 tablespoon of sugar
Mix it with your fingers without mixing with the remaining flour
Let it rest for about 30 minutes
Mix in the remaining flour, milk, sugar, melted butter or margarine, eggs, salt, and lime zest
Beat it with a spoon until the dough forms bubbles
Let it rest for another 30 minutes
Add the passion fruit pulp and mix well
Remove the dough using two soup spoons and drop it into hot oil, frying until golden brown on both sides
DRAIN AND DUST WITH SUGAR AND CINNAMON
