Mix the ground beef with the bread, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic, onion, egg, and parsley
Form into 1-tablespoon-sized balls
Heat a skillet with butter over medium heat
Fry the meatballs until golden brown, turning occasionally
Remove the meatballs from the skillet using a slotted spoon and place them in a large pot with beef broth or chicken broth
Bring to a boil
Simmer for 6 servings
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese
