1 3/4 cups of cooked and drained zucchinis, cut into slices
1 cup of cooking water from the zucchinis
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped into four pieces
2 tablets of chicken broth, to taste
1 pinch of nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 cups of milk

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, except for the butter or margarine
Blend until smooth and creamy
Heat the mixture in a pan with the added butter or margarine, stirring occasionally until it starts to simmer
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve
Serves 4-6 portions.
